    We had a pressure tank line problem with our plumbing. Charles and Dennis made repairs while also making improvements to the flow system. They even went out of their way to explain how the well system works - which was priceless to someone moving from the city to a well environment. If you're looking for quality service and a fair price, as well as providing excellent customer service, look no further than All Klear. I will use them again.

    I have forgotten how many years I have relied on this fine company, but at 76, that’s allowed! I know it has been a long time and they have serviced several residences. Cody was just here honoring my maintenance agreement, which is such a good idea to have. They even call me to set the two appointments each year so I don’t have to remember.. Over the years their service, reliability, quality of work, customer care have been excellent. I’m in for the long haul!

    Justin Cook came out and replaced my cleanout, cleaned the roots from my main, and ran a camera down the whole line. I couldn't recommend someone more, due to his quick work, professionalism, and timeliness. Kendall was also a hard worker - they were able to replace my cleanout in just a few hours. They both were consistently on time and Justin was very detailed in helping me understand underlying issues in my system and how they were fixed. If All Klear employs only workers like Justin and Kendall, I give the whole company five stars!

We had a busted water line in our front room which flooded the front room...this was due to our mobile home park busting multiple water lines which affected our water pressure...within an hour or so everything was fixed.     This is not the first time I have called on All Klear to fix an issue in my (very) old house and my two previous homes. These are my guys. They are professional, polite, and skillful. Today’s tech, Brandon not only found the issue with my water heater quickly, but he also installed new drain pipes in the kitchen all in about an hour and a half. All the techs I have met have been very knowledgeable and offer both “in a perfect world you need” and “this will get you by” options. Honest and straightforward. Great company.

    Woke up to no hot water this morning. I had difficulty determining the problem as I recently had shoulder surgery and couldn't do some things. Called All Klear and spoke with a helpful and friendly scheduler. Was contacted a bit later that Brandon would be arriving a bit sooner than scheduled. Brandon was exceptionally professional in everything he did. He was courteous and even made small talk. He was able to troubleshoot the issue with our water heater in about 5 minutes. Initially, he said it might take 24 hours to resolve the issue of wet insulation, but brought in a shop vac, removed as much water as possible, and was able to get the heater to stay lit constantly. He set up a couple of our fans to assist with the drying out. Brandon explained the costs very clearly. This was the kind of service call we all hope for. This has been my experience more than once with All Klear and will continue to give them my business. Thanks,

    My most recent service was to our HVAC system which stopped during the first day of a recent streak of excessively hot weather. I made a service appointment online that night and the next morning technician, Zach Giesler, repaired the problem within one hour. In the past 4 years, I have used this company both for a broken sewer line and HVAC services. They are the most professional company I have used in my 36 years as a homeowner in both the St. Louis and Springfield areas. The plumbers and HVAC technicians are very courteous & fully explain what the problem is and do not surprise you with unexpected costs. They also contact you and provide a photo of the technician before their arrival. From my previous experiences, this rarely occurs. I highly recommend this company over all others!
